Polished concrete has been growing faster than ever for many reasons such as:
There is a lot involved with polishing a floor and not all floors are good candidates for polishing. If your floor is not we do have a few options that will create the polished look you want.
Many clients end up choosing what we call a grind and seal. When we perform a G&S we are removing whatever coatings may be on the concrete. You may or may not want us to do repair work such as fill cracks. The sealer used will depend on what the floor will be subjected to. This application is less costly than a fully polished floor and often has a similar finish.
For those who want a new pristine looking floor but have one of those bad floors we spoke of earlier we could then install a self level concrete with or without aggregate and polish it.
